Abstract Submission
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW OPEN.
The Organizing Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for presentation at the 16th European Conference on Analytical Chemistry – EUROanalysis 16. Participants are kindly requested to submitt their abstracts not later than:
- April 30 May 31 for abstracts of oral presentations and
- May 31 June 15 for abstracts of poster presentations.
Submission of abstracts should be done online. Abstracts submitted by post or fax will not be concidered. Please read the important information below before proceeding to the online submission form!
Guidelines for abstract submission
- Prepare your abstract in Word document (download template) following below rules and than upload it in the online abstract form. Fill out carefully all the fields of the abstract form.
- Abstracts need to be prepared in English. The abstract should be typed in Arial 11 pt.
- Title: The title must be in capital bold letters, centered,. Do not use abbreviations in the title.
- Authors: Please enter all authors of the abstract (make sure to put the first name initial/s only! and surname), centered. Separate multiple authors with commas. Underline the name of the presenting author,
- Corresponding author: The presenting author must be the contact author. E-mail address of the corresponding author should be given as indicated.
- Affiliation(s): italic, centered. All authors' addresses should delineated by numbers against each name. Abbreviate if necessary.
- Text: The text of the abstracts should not exceed 300 words or 2,600 signs in length. Use standard abbreviations and place unusual ones in parentheses after the word first appears.
- Abstract topics: Choose one among the offered topics.
- Type of presentation: In online form choose the required type of presentation: oral or poster.
Important Remarks
A paper should not be submitted to the EUROanalysis 16 if it has been already presented and/or published. Presenting authors whose abstracts are accepted as oral communication or poster need to register for the meeting and pay the required registration fee. Please note that accepted abstracts will be printed in the Abstract Book only after completed registration and payment of the meeting registration fee. One Registration Fee will cover maximum two submissions!
Please make sure your abstract does not contain spelling and grammar mistakes, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted. Linguistic accuracy is your responsibility.
Abstracts Acceptance
Abstracts will be reviewed by the International Scientific and Advisory Committee and assigned to the appropriate sessions. Authors will be notified regarding abstract acceptance and the type of presentation until July 1, 2011.
